White Beans with Radishes and Miso
Ingredients:
- 2 TBS white miso
- 4 TBS unsalted butter
- 1 clove of finely chopped garlic
- 3-4 radishes, thinly slices
- 2 15-oz can of small white beans, rinsed and drained
In a small bowl, mix miso and 4 TBS of water.
Melt butter in a skillet, add garlic and cook.
Add beans and heat through. Add miso mixture and cook ~5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add radishes. Serve.
