Vinaigrette With Walnuts
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup walnut oil
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, salt pepper and oils
until well blended. Refrigerate. When ready to serve, stir in
toasted walnuts. Makes 2 cups.
