Sesame-Coated Chicken With Broccoli (MarciaKiesel, Food&Wine)

Ingredients:

In a large bowl, season chicken with salt and papper. Toss with flour to coat evenly and let stand for 5 minutes. Pour 3 TBS olive oil over the chicken and toss to coat. Add sesame seeds to coat.

In a large non-stick skillet, leat 1 TBS oil on high heat, add chicken in an even layer and brown on the bottom (about 3-5 minutes). Turn the chicken and brown the bottom. Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and transfer to the oven to keep warm.

In the skillet, cook the ginger and garlis over moderate heat. Add broccoli and chicken broth, cover and cook until crisp-tender. Stir in the oyster sauce, remove from heat. Add chicken and serve with rice.
