How to Refresh a Stale Baguette

Ingredients:

Heat oven to 300°

300°F for 12-15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes to crisp the crust.

Wet the baguette by running it under cold water, ensuring it's well-moistened, but not soaking wet.

Wrap the wet baguette tightly in aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Remove the foil, and place the baguette back in the oven for an additional 5-8 minutes to crisp the crust.
