Rebecca's Raw Apple Cake


Glaze Ingredients:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix flour and cinnamon together, and set aside. Cream oil and sugar together, mixing well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour and cinnamon mixture a little at a time, mixing well after each addition. When thoroughly combined, stir in apples, nuts, and vanilla.

Pour into a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. This may take up to 15 additional minutes, but begin checking after 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove cake from oven when done, and turn onto serving plate as quickly as possible.
