Pork Barbeque (For up to 12 lbs of pork)

Basting Sauce Ingredients:

Use boneless pork loin (each 4 to 5 inches in diameter. These are usually in a package of two - tie together with butcher?s string. Grill over charcoal of gas flame at medium heat for about four hours, or until internal temperature is 165 to 170 degrees Fahrenheit. Turn and baste every 15 minutes until sauce is depleted, then continue turning. The sugar from the applesauce will permeate and coat the meat, and turn very dark, or black. Don?t worry, sugar does that. Slice and serve on sandwich buns.
