Measure warm water into 2 cup measuring cup. Sprinkle in yeast, and let stand until yeast dissolves and swells, about 5 minutes. Add remaining water and oil and stir to combine. Pulse flour and salt in workbowl of large food processor fitted with steel blade. Continue pulsing while pouring in liquid ingredients through feed tube. When dough forms a ball, process additional 30 seconds. Remove dough from workbowl with a spatula, and place on lightly floured surface. Knead by hand for a few strokes to form smooth ball. Put dough in oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in warm place until doubled in size (1 1/2 to 2 hours). This recipe makes enough dough for 4 small pizzas.
