Chicken ala Jacques Pépin

Ingredients:

Preheat oven to 400°.

Combine mayonaise and 1 tsp Sambol. Set aside

Spread 1 tsp Sambal Oelek on dried chicken breasts and set them, coated side down, in ceramic baking dish.

Spread mayonaise/Sambal Oelek mixture on top of chicken and place in the over. Cook for 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
