Hot Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 cup seasoned croutons
- 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 2 tsp grated onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 TB lemon juice
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients, pour into greased 13 x 9 inch dish. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350°, or until golden brown.
