Japanese-style Cucumber and Radish Salad

Ingredients:

Combine onion, radishes, and English cucumber in a medium bowl.

Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients (except sesame seeds) in a small bowl; stir until blended. Drizzle vinegar mixture over cucumber mixture, tossing to coat. Cover with plastic wrap, and chill 15 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving. 6 servings.

*Since we don?t care for the taste of raw onions, we eliminate them, or sauté in a small amount of oil until softened, and then proceed with the recipe.
