Place zucchini, green pepper, onion and chicken stock in saucepan. Simmer covered for 30 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Process with stick blender until smooth. Add sour cream (or yogurt, or a combination of both), mix well and chill. Serve garnished with sour cream and dill. Add corn just before serving. Makes 4 servings.
*Greek yogurt can be substituted for sour cream.
