Steam the broccoli just until crisp-tender and immediately run under cold water. Drain and dry on paper towels. In a small skillet, heat the olive oil and add the bread crumbs. Saute until golden brown. Combine the crumbs with the cardamom and salt.
To serve, put bread crumbs in one small bowl and yogurt in another. Dip broccoli in sour cream and then bread crumbs.
For something so simple, the taste is simply amazing!
