Blueberry Crisp

Ingredients:

Preheat oven to 375°. Spray a shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish with cooking spray. Spread washed blueberries in dish and sprinkle with 2 TBS brown sugar. Place the 3/4 cup brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, butter, oats and walnuts in a medium bowl and mix with hands until thoroughly combined. Sprinkle evenly over blueberries. Bake until golden brown and blueberries are bubbling. Start checking at 22 minutes; dish should be done by 25-28 minutes. To serve, top with a dollop of Greek yogurt.
