Blueberry Crisp
Ingredients (Full recipe):
- 4 cups fresh blueberries
- 3 TBS brown sugar (or 1-1/2 TBS Splenda brown sugar
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar (or 6 TBS Splenda brown sugar)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour/li>
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 5 TBS butter, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
Ingredients (Half recipe):
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1-1/2 TBS brown sugar (or 3/4 TBS Splenda brown sugar
- 6 TBS cup firmly packed brown sugar (or 3 TBS Splenda brown sugar)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour/li>
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 TBS butter, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 3/8 cup rolled oats
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 1-1/2 quart (or 3 cup for 1/2 recipe) baking dish.
Spread blueberries evenly and sprinkle with first measure of brown sugar.
In a bowl, combine reamining ingredients and mix until well combined. Sprinkle evenly over the berries.
Bake until the top is golden and the berries are bubbling (25-30 minutes). Transfer to wire rack and let cool.
