Brown kielbasa in olive oil, transfer with slotted spoon to a 3-4 quart pot. Sauteacute; onion, peppers and garlic until they begin to brown (10 minutes). Add to the pot.
Add beans, chicken broth, tomatoes and spices to the pot and heat to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 30 minutes.
Remove cover and continue to simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve topped with sour cream. For extra taste, grate a small amount of lime rind into the sour cream and mix prior to topping the chili.
