Basil Sesame Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
- 3 TBS rice vinegar
- 1 TBS lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
- 2 TBS Parmesan or Asiago cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- Freshly ground pepper
In a medium mixing bowl, combine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic,
cheese and basil. Slowly whisk in oils until combined and slightly
thickened. Add pepper to taste. Serve over sliced tomatoes. Makes
3/4 cup.
